It is our policy to offer a full refund for goods that are returned in their original packaging as unopened should you find you have more items than you need. For items that you do require that are damaged, please inform our warehouse within 3 days to avoid incurring delivery or other costs.
Where goods to be returned have been worked on in any way, we are unable to offer a full refund. Items returned after 3 days may be credited via our credit note system.
Don't worry if you do not live on site, or you work elsewhere during the day. Our passion for service and value means that we will accomodate your needs.
Although we only deliver to mainland UK (excluding Ireland and Scotland), we will try to work within a two hour time slot so that you are not left waiting around all day.
All we ask is that there is someone on-site to assist our driver with offloading your kitchen. Where help is not immediately available we may only be able to offer kerbside delivery service due to health and safety factors.
If you live in an apartment or access is otherwise difficult or restricted, please ensure you inform our dispatch team when confirming delivery so as to avoid failed delivery or unneccessary charges.
